CLINICAL SUPERVISOR – TRANSITIONAL HOUSING:
- Responsible for daily program operations and management of the agency’s Transitional Housing Program (THP).
- Directly supervise two program coordinators through timely and effective performance management, coaching, skill development and ongoing education planning
- Manage the intake screening, comprehensive case management, assessments/referrals, housing assistance and group work to assist homeless families.
- Ensure that staff members are trained and knowledgeable about workflow, case file management and Chester County Client Information Management System.
- Identify and schedule resident workshops in life skills training
- Provide advocacy, housing assistance and referrals to residents
- Maintain statistics and generate meaningful reporting tools and outcome data for THP
- Oversee the Outreach Program including maintaining graduate contact information, follow up communications, social events, and mentoring
- Conduct educational presentations to promote the THP
- Work with agency Clinical Director to further develop and enhance the THP
- Attend Chester County Case Managers’ meetings
- Network with other service providers
Educational Requirements: MSW, LSW (LCSW helpful)
Qualifications: Prefer minimum 4-6 years experience in supervisory or management role or similar responsibility. Energetic, self-directed, flexible individual with a knowledge of social services offered in Chester County. Experience working with homeless and/or at risk adults strongly preferred. Computer proficiency, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to project professional demeanor and develop creative solutions required. Additional skills required include: Strong operational and organizational abilities; strong decision-making skills; quick and innovative problem-solver; open communicator; collaborative working style.

CASE MANAGER:
- Provide intake and orientation into agency Transitional Housing Program. (THP)
- Conduct needs assessment and develop plan for services
- Meet regularly with agency clients to evaluate progress
- Provide support with budgeting, parenting and other life skills
- Provide advocacy, housing assistance and referrals
- Act as a liaison with community providers, landlords and social service providers
- Attend Chester County Case Managers’ meetings
- Work with agency Clinical Supervisor to further develop and enhance the THP
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in social work or similar field. LSW and/or LCSW extremely helpful.
Qualifications: Energetic, flexible individual with experience working with homeless or at risk adults strongly preferred. Computer proficiency, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to project professional demeanor and develop creative solutions required.
