Born and raised in Chester county, Caroline left the area to attend Muskingum University, a small college in Southeast Ohio, where she graduated with a degree in child and family studies and a minor in sociology. After graduation, she completed a year of service with the Episcopal service corps, where she served for a small church in Columbus, Ohio, working with the homeless youth and their families. This confirmed that her heart was in the non-profit world helping others who need it the most.
For the past two years, she was a blended case manager in the mental health field in Montgomery county, PA. She helped families locate appropriate services and other resources for their children with mental and behavioral health diagnoses. She is looking forward to being able to continue this role at Home of the Sparrow as the program outreach coordinator and ensuring that the families we serve get the best resources and support possible.
Her favorite pastime involves anything with her sweet and sassy pup, Willow. She loves spending time with her family, significant other, going on hikes, traveling and going to the beach. She is a lifelong runner to be able to support her love for tacos and anything sweet!
